Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking your trip or camp with Globe n Beyond.

• Refund will be given in the form of a Credit Note after calculating the cancellation amount.
• The same Credit Note can be used to participate in any trip, tour, or camp organized by Globe-n-Beyond in the same calendar year.
• In case of Force Majeure, no refund will be given in any form.

Applicable Cancellation Charges

• Full Refund in form of Credit Note will be issued if the cancellation is done with 45 or more days (excluding the day of departure of Camp) remaining for camp departure date, subject to any deductions including travel fares, permit fees etc.
• 40% of the regular camp charges will be charged if the cancellation is done between 31 to 44 days (excluding the day of departure of camp) prior to the departure date of the camp.
• 70% of the regular camp charges will be charged if the cancellation is done between 16 to 30 days (excluding the day of departure of camp) prior to the departure date of the camp.
• No refund/Credit Note if the cancellation is done with 15 days or less (excluding the day of departure of camp) remaining for camp departure date.
• No refund/Credit Note in case the participant fails to join the camp on the scheduled day, time and place of departure.
